Junior Brand Manager - Derma (Eucerin)

Your Tasks

1. Innovation Management & Readiness

   • Lead and coordinate innovation and relaunch projects to ensure timely and successful market implementation.
   • Track innovation milestones and readiness across functions, ensuring visibility on timelines, risks, and key deliverables.
   • Support launch planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.

2. Marketing & Communications

   • Analyze category trends and develop a deep understanding of consumers, and competitors to create best-in-class communication and activation strategies.
   • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencers, e-commerce, and in-store channels.
   • Lead coordination efforts with Digital, E-commerce, and Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM) teams, as well as international and local Beiersdorf agencies, to develop and adapt effective marketing and communication campaigns tailored to each local market.

3. Market Analysis, Insights & Competition Tracking

   • Analyze category trends and develop a deep understanding of consumers, and competitors to create best-in-class communication and activation strategies.
   • Conduct monthly category deep dives using Nielsen.
   • Monitor brand and category performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas requiring corrective action.
   • Track competitor activities, launches, pricing, promotions, and market share developments.
   • Develop clear recommendations and action plans based on market and consumer insights.

4. Artwork & Packaging Management

   • Manage artwork development and approval processes for new launches, relaunches, and renovation projects.
   • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
   • Track project timelines and proactively resolve issues to meet launch deadlines.5. Cross-Functional Project Management
   • Support the S&OP process and ensure alignment between commercial and supply planning requirements.

5. Budget Management & Control

   • Raise purchase orders and process invoices accurately and on time.
   • Monitor and track brand budgets in collaboration with the Senior Brand Managers and Finance team.
   • Manage accruals, provisions, and year-end budget closing activities.

6. In-Market Execution (Offline & Online)

   • Ensure strong brand visibility through effective promotional materials, POS displays, eCommerce visibility and shopper journey optimization.
   • Maintain strong relationships with the sales team to ensure brand plans are effectively communicated and implemented.
   • Partner with the Media & E-commerce team to maximize brand visibility and sales across online platforms while enhancing the digital consumer experience.
   • Drive functional synergies with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of key business KPIs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, within the FMCG industry. Preferably within the Skin Care industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Neilsen.

• Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

• Digital and consumer-centric mindset with a passion for brands and innovation.

• Self-motivated, proactive team player with a strong growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
