WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will report to the Store Director and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring Customer satisfaction and the development of your Sector's results through the animation of your Team, fulfilling commitments with the Client regarding Price, Stock and Efficiency in purchasing.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.

• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your Team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.

• Adapt, plan and carry out Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Store Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector Families.

• Encourage sales, customer reception and attention by the team, and monitoring of the competition.

• Carry out the provisioning of your Sector and guarantee adequate stock rotation.
