WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will report to the Warehouse Director and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring Client satisfaction and the development of your Sector's results through the animation of your Team, fulfilling commitments to the Client regarding Price, Stock, and Purchase Efficiency.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Select, develop, motivate, and lead the people in your team, according to the company's values.

• Guarantee the safety and health conditions of your Team, being exemplary in the application of legal regulations.

• Adapt, plan, and carry out Commercial Actions in accordance with the Commercial and Warehouse Policy, applying and adapting the implementation logics of the Sector's Families.

• Animate sales, customer reception and service by the team, and monitoring of competition.

• Manage the supply of your Sector and ensure adequate stock rotation.
