Your Responsibilities
Management and control of test systems as "Product Owner" in the context of production and joint commissioning, validation, and integration, together with the development team.
Planning and monitoring timelines for the creation of test systems.
Introduction, monitoring, and optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Sharing and coordinating with R&D, laboratory, and production.
Optimization of test content, supporting the creation and maintenance of process and control plans.
Defining measures for the further development of test systems based on statistical evaluations aimed at increasing test depth, improving stability, and optimizing test timing and content.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering, or automation engineering.
Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus.
Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in test engineering.
Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and electronic EOL test systems (HW+SW).
Familiarity with process engineering and test engineering topics.
Knowledge in the field of validation and capability analyses, correlation analyses, as well as statistics and Six Sigma.
Strong knowledge in data management, e.g., PLC.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a "matrix" model.
Ability to work towards goals.

Total compensation: € 52.000-€ 77.000 of which 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
