We're hiring Chat Assistants to handle customer conversations about their purchases, delivery status, and product availability. No prior experience required—we provide complete training and make sure you feel ready before day one.
Position Details
- Contract Length: Permanent position with schedule flexibility—you pick your own hours and there's no fixed end date.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Location: Completely remote—work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Sign into our chat system when your shift begins.
- Reply to customer inquiries quickly and professionally about their orders, product availability, and shipping timelines.
- Treat every customer with warmth, professionalism, and authentic interest.
- Clock out when finished and receive same-day payment for your time.
Requirements
- A device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) with dependable internet for messaging and web browsing.
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay productive without micromanagement.
- Commitment to following company standards and quality benchmarks.
- Minimum 35 hours per week available.
- Consistent, dependable internet connection you can rely on daily.
