Internship Details:
As an Accounting Intern at Proceedit, you will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Records & Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions.
- Invoicing & Payments: Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and internal documentation.
- Expense Tracking & Budget Support: Monitor company expenses and assist in budget tracking and cost control.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of financial activities and assist in maintaining compliance with internal processes.
- Process Optimization: Help improve accounting workflows and contribute to increasing efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A strong interest in accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
