About the Role
As a Mid-Level E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our online learning content. You will work closely with subject matter experts to transform technical and educational material into compelling and effective e-learning courses that meet the needs of our diverse learners across maritime, healthcare, and STEM fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to define learning objectives and course content.
- Create multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage and upload courseware to our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on all course content to ensure it is effective and error-free.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in e-learning technology and instructional design.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or Instructional Designer.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- A portfolio of e-learning projects is highly desirable.
