Senior Project Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with confidence, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes. This is a fully remote role for someone who can balance strategy, execution, communication, and leadership while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. What You’ll Do- Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from planning through delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and stakeholders
- Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and executive reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across teams
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in remote or global teams
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or ClickUp
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
- You’re calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
- You can lead independently while keeping teams motivated and aligned
- You genuinely enjoy building structure, improving processes, and driving success
