Junior Scrum Master
CAGE Engineering Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will help facilitate our agile processes, ensuring our teams can work efficiently and effectively. You will support the project teams by removing impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that Scrum principles are understood and followed.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in facilitating Scrum events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Support the Product Owner and development team to ensure project goals are met.

Help remove obstacles that may be blocking the team's progress.

Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters open communication.

Track and communicate team progress and metrics.
Requirements:

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster®) is a plus but not required.
