Consultant (Freelance)
CoSense Partners is seeking a motivated and versatile freelance Consultant to join our remote team. We partner with executives and leadership teams to build empowered, resilient organisations, and this role is crucial to delivering outstanding value to our clients.
As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and translating complex data into compelling narratives. You will work closely with our partners to support the design and delivery of bespoke leadership journeys.
What You’ll Do:

Manage and nurture strong client relationships.

Develop and deliver high-impact client presentations using PowerPoint.

Analyze data and present insights using Excel.

Support senior coaches in preparing for leadership workshops and coaching sessions.

Contribute to projects grounded in psychometric models like Hogan, Gallup, MBTI, and DISC.
Who You Are:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a consulting, client-facing, or analytical role.

You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a talent for creating clear, impactful presentations and analysing data.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.

You have a keen interest in or prior knowledge of psychometrics and leadership development.

You are an autonomous, organized, and proactive professional who thrives in a remote environment.
