Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 Year 1 | £80,000 Year 2 | £120,000+ Year 3

What you will do:

• Identify and engage top talent using industry-leading recruitment tools

• Write effective job adverts to attract candidates

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Take ownership of your own recruitment desk

• Work towards targets with ongoing support from experienced mentors

• Degree educated (any subject)

• Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
