£27,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+ Year 1)

Edmund & Evans have partnered with a high-performing specialist recruitment consultancy operating across global growth markets. This is not a high-volume or call-centre-style role. It is a structured graduate position designed for individuals who want to learn recruitment properly, build credibility early, and develop into a trusted consultant working on international mandates.

The Business and Opportunity

The company partners with venture capital, private equity, and development-focused investment firms, as well as technology-led businesses across sectors such as fintech, cleantech, and healthcare technology. The London team is small, ambitious, and quality-focused, offering real exposure to senior professionals and international markets from the start.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained from day one to become a capable, confident and self-sufficient recruiter. You will work on live recruitment assignments for global clients, supporting senior consultants before gradually taking ownership of your own market and desk.

What you will be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates across international markets

• Supporting recruitment for investment funds and high-growth businesses

• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients

• Conducting market and sector research

• Managing interview processes and offers

Training and Progression

Training is practical and hands-on, delivered directly by experienced consultants and leadership. There is a structured six-month training period with a clear progression path from trainee to consultant level and the opportunity to eventually lead your own market.

• £27,000 base salary, rising to £30,000 after probation

• Uncapped commission with clear earning progression
