About the Role
Legendary Homes of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Support specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our real estate agents and staff, providing essential technical assistance to ensure our operations run smoothly. As a key player in a leading luxury real estate firm, you will help our team leverage technology to deliver the 'legendary service' we are known for. This is a fully remote, permanent position perfect for someone starting their career in IT.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to our team for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, email, and access to our real estate platforms and CRM.

Troubleshoot technical problems related to laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other standard office equipment.

Help manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring data security and integrity.

Create and update documentation and guides for common IT procedures.
What We're Looking For

A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of common operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office software.

Familiarity with remote support tools and helpdesk principles is a plus.

An ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
