Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be a servant-leader for your team(s), creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to be successful. You will guide the team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Your role is crucial in promoting an agile mindset and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, ultimately contributing to the success of our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them.

Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged.

Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Assure the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, etc.).

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
-
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
