Salon Coordinator
J.Walker Salon & Spa is looking for an organized and welcoming Salon Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our daily operations at our Bernardsville location. As a key member of our award-winning team, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients warmly upon their arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.

Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s booking system efficiently.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries with professionalism.

Provide information about our upscale hair, spa, and medispa services.

Assist in coordinating the daily schedules of our stylists, estheticians, and doctors.

Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area that reflects our brand’s high standards.

Support our team and contribute to a collaborative and positive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred (e.g., receptionist, front desk coordinator).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
