JOB DESCRIPTION

Fiscalize and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards aimed at inhibiting and reducing store losses. Prevent the occurrence of petty theft and merchandise diversion, ensure the physical and patrimonial safety of employees and customers within the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Receive merchandise, work in the merchandise receiving sector, organize the flow of cargo vehicles entering the store, authorize entry, monitor unloading and driver movement within the sector, authorize exit, close and open store gates;

• Store products, monitor the stocking services of received products, check for merchandise diversions, check for strange movements in stock;

• Restock, monitor the restocking of products in the store, in order to avoid diversions and damage to products;

• Monitor the commercialization of confined products, count cigarettes and high-value beverages, record quantities and request replenishment;

• Remove and deliver the product to the customer, as requested;

• Perform counting and monitoring of shopping carts to prevent their theft;

• Monitor operations to prevent theft and diversions within the store;

• Verify authorizations, identify and direct visitors to the desired department or location, recording entry and visitor data in the absence of memorandums;

• Store and organize employees' personal belongings, such as bags, clothes, etc.;

• Label all products purchased in the store by employees for internal consumption;

• Monitor movements in the work area, observing people's access to restricted areas, restricting cigarette consumption in determined areas and observing possible thefts;

• Observe the parking lot, checking cars parked outside the marked area and communicating to the responsible department for the driver to be called on the loudspeaker;

• Prevent and avoid thefts, misunderstandings between customers, ruckus and other inappropriate behaviors;

• Monitor cashier movements, avoiding and preventing possible crimes, paying attention to suspicious customers and people's suspicious attitudes;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete High School required;

• Experience in Loss Prevention and Inspection will be considered a differential;

• Experience in the food industry - Wholesaler, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Butchers, etc. will be considered a differential.
