Entry Level
The Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants & Funding Department, based in Florence. This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels.
The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Preparing administrative documents and professional presentations
Drafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget
Completing and submitting funding application forms
Monitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities and program
Identifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internal project ideas
Supporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals
Coordinating project timelines and contributing to project management tasks
Handling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership
Managing shared project folders, including sensitive and confidential documents
Collaborating with external consultants, project partners, and internal departments
Providing training and operational support to project stakeholders.
Master’s degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics);
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and grant application platforms;
Previous experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-funded projects;
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 36.000,00 and Eur 38.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
