During your program within the Global Consumer Engagement team, you will play a dual role supporting both the Global Media team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across media operations, creative excellence and consumer engagement.
What you'll get to do
Media Operations & Community

Coordinate with the Global media manager to support the alignment of global and local media CH campaigns and end-to-end media processes (meeting agenda, brief templates, Paid-Owned-Earned framework, agency recommendations and reporting templates).

Support the coordination of the global media community by gathering market feedback, identifying best practices and contributing to media capability building through training materials developed with media agencies and digital partners.

Consolidate Global Media report for Brands & Top Management.

Support the implementation of the Global Media operating model by tracking key initiatives, monitoring progress and helping coordinate communication across the media core team.

We are looking for curious and fast learners who want to have a real experience in an international environment, fluent in English and with a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences or Communication.
You are analytical, organized and collaborative, while also demonstrating a creative mindset and a strong curiosity for media innovation, creative effectiveness and digital consumer experiences.
