Geographical Scope: Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. Specific perimeter: Southeast Asia Beauty Specialist Accounts – Sephora, Eve&Boy, C&F and other Beauty Specialist retailers. Brands: Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne and others. Mission: This role is responsible for supporting the profitable development of the Beauty Specialist business across Southeast Asia, contributing to net revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability and retail excellence.
The Role: As the SEA Key Account Manager, Specialty, you will support the Head of Sales in driving profitability and market share growth across Puig’s brand portfolio with key Beauty Specialist retailers. This role is pivotal in supporting commercial planning across markets, optimizing pricing, promotion, distribution and assortment, as well as ensuring operational excellence. Working closely with JV partners, distributors, retailers and cross-functional teams, you will help translate regional commercial priorities into actionable plans that strengthen our market leadership position with Key Beauty Specialists and deliver retail excellence.
Support the Head of Sales in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, joint business plans, retailer business reviews and negotiation materials, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation of negotiated plans and agreements.
Strengthen relationships with Beauty Specialist partners by supporting account development plans, identifying opportunities to improve performance and driving long-term profitable growth for Puig’s brand portfolio across the region.
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute regional launch plans, ensure retail and operational excellence, deliver outstanding brand experiences and support the achievement of sales ambitions.
Identify growth opportunities and anticipate risks across markets and retailers.
Market intelligence efforts, including retailer growth trends, competitive analysis and best practices.
Monitor market pricing evolution and provide analysis to support pricing, promotion and commercial decision-making.
Monitor sales performance and shopper behaviour across markets and retailers, identifying opportunities to optimize sales performance and improve execution.
Drive sales mix optimization through:
Prepare monthly business updates on performance, key risks, opportunities and recommended follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the RGM APAC team to identify and support revenue growth initiatives that improve profitability, market share and investment efficiency.
Leverage data and shopper insights to identify opportunities across pricing, promotion, distribution, assortment, trade spend and shopper spend in wholesale channels, both online and offline.
Education: Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent highly regarded.

Languages: English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
