Ensure the seamless technical operation of sound, lighting and video systems during entertainment activities, performances and live events across onboard venues
Support the delivery of engaging guest experiences by providing and managing the technical equipment required for entertainment programmes and special events
Coordinate audiovisual content and background music in line with the daily cruise programme, ensuring smooth and timely execution
Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot technical equipment, collaborating with the Entertainment Technical Manager and external providers when needed
Manage equipment storage and inventory in compliance with Company procedures and operational standards
Support onboard musicians and performers with technical setups during embarkation, disembarkation and venue reconfigurations
Promote a strong safety culture by following established procedures and contributing to a safe environment for both Guests and Crew
Secondary school degree
At least 1 year experience in technical services, theatre or live entertainment environments
Basic knowledge of sound, video and lighting techniques
Ability to operate audiovisual equipment (microphones, lights, speakers, mixers, video systems)
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Problem solving attitude and ability to react quickly in a fast paced entertainment environment
English knowledge (at least B1 level)
International experience combining travel, personal development, and independence
