What You Will Do

• Play a key role in shaping unforgettable onboard experiences and driving commercial success as part of the Vessel Senior Management Team

• Analyse guest trends, commercial KPIs and onboard performance, transforming insights into actions that maximise revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate and optimise the onboard programme (Palimpsest), working closely with all revenue departments to create engaging experiences

• Ensure all onboard commercial initiatives and communications reflect Costa’s brand standards, collaborating with shore-side teams

• Lead and develop multicultural teams, fostering engagement, performance, quality and safety across all onboard revenue activities

Who You Are

Required

• Degree in Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Business Management or Hospitality Management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, covering commercial performance, visual merchandising, team management and operational optimization

• Proven experience in revenue management, commercial strategy and KPI-driven performance

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

• Excellent leadership, people development and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency at C1 level and preferably Italian

• Third language at B2 level (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Chinese) is mandatory

• Previous onboard experience is considered a strong advantage
