We exist to give our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgement, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
But how are we showing up? We’re proud members of Inclusive Companies, are Disability Confident Committed and have signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter and we placed 8th in the Inclusive Top 50 Companies Employer list.
Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. Let our Talent team know if you need any adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.
You’ll be supporting our Physical Security Department, in the protection of our ASOSers, our properties and our assets. You’ll support both office and field-based teams, ensuring we minimise risk and reduce loss across our offices and supply chain. You will be provided with development in loss reduction and risk mitigation techniques. This will include risk assessment completion, investigation support, site visits and the use of some of the most advanced security systems available. You’ll need to have a flexible approach to ensure that the operational needs of the business are maintained and support the departments operational requirements. You will also be encouraged to grow your own performance and support in your continuous development.
At ASOS, we are committed to delivering amazing products and fashion inspiration to our customers globally. Occasionally, we identify risks that could, if left unmitigated, lead to disappointment for our customers or loss to ASOS. The Physical Security Team, aim to identify and mitigate these risks, to ensure a great experience for both our customers and ASOSers. As a team, we strive to mitigate risk with minimal disruption to ASOSers and customers, through innovation and co-operation. We are, trustworthy and discrete.
