Sales Acquisition Specialist with Portuguese – Global Home-Sharing Platform

The Sales Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding the professional host network for a leading travel and hospitality platform. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective hosts and partners, leveraging your sales skills, relationship-building expertise, and product knowledge to champion the benefits of joining a thriving marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Acquisition

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage high-potential hosts and business partners using outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches and tailored solutions to prospective clients, guiding them through the onboarding process.

• Relationship Building

  • Establish rapport and build trust quickly with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate, educating prospects on platform offerings, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain ongoing communications to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and exceptional customer service.

• Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and targets.
  • Accurately record and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market feedback and client interactions.

• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve team and company goals.
  • Share success stories, innovative solutions, and process improvements.
  • Engage actively in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 2 years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience (preferably in travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing).

• C2 level of Portuguese and C1 level of English

• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

• Formal sales training or top individual contributor recognition (e.g., President’s Club) is a plus.

• Experience with outbound sales and managing high-volume queries across multiple platforms.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

• Coachable, resilient, and ambitious mindset.

• High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service.

• Awareness of social media and adaptability to changing business needs.

• Salary of 21.012,69 € gross/year + up to 2.521,52€ gross/year in performance bonus
