Product Applications Engineer poskytuje technickou a aplikační podporu obchodním týmům, partnerům a zákazníkům v oblasti produktů a řešení nízkého napětí. Podílí se na návrhu technických řešení, přípravě nabídek, konfiguraci systémů a podpoře klíčových projektů s cílem maximalizovat obchodní příležitosti a zajistit vysokou úroveň zákaznické spokojenosti. Pozice představuje spojovací článek mezi zákazníkem, obchodním týmem, produktovým managementem, výrobními závody a servisní organizací Schneider Electric.

Náplň práce:

• Poskytování technické podpory zákazníkům, partnerům a obchodním týmům pro portfolio nízkého napětí Schneider Electric.

• Technická podpora klíčových projektů od návrhu až po realizaci.

• Spolupráce s kontraktory, projektanty, výrobci rozváděčů a koncovými zákazníky.

• Technické řešení nestandardních požadavků.

• Ověřování souladu řešení s normami a technickými požadavky zákazníka.

• Podpora při uvádění zařízení do provozu a řešení technických problémů.

• Udržování hlubokých znalostí produktového portfolia Schneider Electric.

• Sledování vývoje technologií a konkurenčních řešení.

• Školení zákazníků, partnerů a obchodních týmů a spolupráce při obchodně-technických aktivitách.

Požadavky:

• Vysokoškolské nebo středoškolské vzdělání v oboru elektrotechnika.

• Znalost oblasti nízkého napětí a distribuce elektrické energie.

• Zkušenosti s návrhem, výrobou nebo technickou podporu rozváděčů nízkého napětí.

• Komunikační, prezentační schopnosti a prozákaznický přístup.

• Anglický jazyk na komunikační úrovni.

• Řidičský průkaz skupiny B a ochota cestovat.
