Manufacturing Production Workers - Team Leader (Para-Professionals)

What will you do?

• Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts

• Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals

• Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and escalate blockers to keep operations on track

• Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
