Support a portfolio of commercial clients by providing outstanding customer service
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, quotations, and insurance documentation
Partner with Brokers and Client Managers to deliver tailored client solutions
Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
Respond to client enquiries and help resolve insurance-related matters
Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence
Maintain accurate client records and support compliance requirements
Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and client industries
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal colleagues
Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities

Experience in administration, customer service, financial services, hospitality, retail, or a similar client-focused environment is advantageous
No insurance experience required, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
