REGIONAL FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE - WEST

To support the execution of regional field marketing initiatives by coordinating marketing investments, monitoring program implementation, and collaborating with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and effective execution of field marketing activities aligned with portfolio priorities and commercial objectives.

As the Regional Field Marketing Executive, you will do:

• Field Marketing Program Coordination:

  • Coordinate the implementation of regional field marketing activities in line with approved portfolio priorities and commercial plans..
  • Support Area Managers in preparing and executing field marketing initiatives to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Monitor execution progress and escalate implementation issues where appropriate.

• Marketing Investment Administration & Monitoring:

  • Support the planning, tracking, and reconciliation of regional marketing investment budgets..
  • Monitor budget utilization and maintain accurate expenditure records in accordance with company policies.

• Area Manager & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Area Managers and Head Office stakeholders, including Portfolio & Activation, Trade & Field Marketing, Strategic & Business Insight, Sales Operations, Finance, and other relevant functions to ensure effective planning and execution of regional field marketing initiatives.
  • Consolidate regional business requirements, including promotional activities, merchandising resources, POSM deployment, and activation proposals, while ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Facilitate timely communication, alignment, and follow-up on cross-functional action plans to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
  • Gather and communicate market feedback, execution updates, and field insights from the region to Head Office Marketing team to support continuous improvement of commercial and marketing initiatives.

• Commercial Reporting & Consumer Insights:

  • Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities, investment utilization, and execution performance.
  • Consolidate market feedback, consumer observations, and channel insights from Area Managers.
  • Provide timely information to support business evaluation and future commercial planning.

Who are we looking for?

• • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or a related commercial function, preferably within a multinational FMCG or tobacco company.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and supporting field marketing or commercial initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint capable of delivering professional presentations.
