THE ROLE

SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER – EW RADAR

You will follow the development of ELT products operating in RF bands, from the initial phases of requirements definition to the final acceptance and delivery to the Customer, also supporting the commercial area in preparing offers.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying customer operational requirements and translating them into high-level technical requirements;

• Defining and evaluating high-level technical requirements, breaking them down into functional, performance, and interface requirements;

• Drafting technical system documentation (SSS, SSDD…) in accordance with existing procedures;

• Integrating, validating, and qualifying the system in compliance with MIL-STDs;

• Testing the system's operation with the Customer in factory (FAT) and on board (HAT/GAT, SAT/FLAT);

• Supporting the commercial area in preparing offers (technical proposals, cost estimation);

• Managing activity planning.

✅** REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**

• Master's degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering;

• Knowledge of radar and radio frequency systems (signal theory, electromagnetic propagation, digital signal processing, etc…);

• Experience in designing and defining complex system architectures, with an end-to-end vision of the product life cycle;

• Experience in the integration of complex electronic systems;

• Fluent English.

• Hybrid work model (smart working provided up to 2 days a week);

• Initial salary starting from € 52,000;
