Job description

Staff S.p.A., Agenzia per il Lavoro, Filiale di Lucca, is looking for a Back Office Commerciale to join a company operating in consulting services and mechanical design for the metalworking, paper, and oil & gas sectors.

The resource will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for:

• Drafting commercial offers based on specific requests

• Entering and managing orders using the company's management system

• Monitoring orders

• Liaising with local contacts and clients for order management

• Supporting commercial and organizational activities of the office

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel

• Familiarity with company management systems for order management

• Proactive, dynamic attitude, and problem-solving oriented

• Knowledge of the English language is a preferential requirement

We offer:

For junior profiles:

• Internship (tirocinio extracurriculare)

• Monthly expense reimbursement of €600

• Structured training path with concrete aim for employment and internal professional growth

For experienced profiles:

• Employment with CCNL Commercio – 4th Level (14 months)

• RAL €23,000 - €27,000

• Opportunity for stable employment within the organization

Working hours:

• Full-time 40 hours per week

• Daily schedule from Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00
