JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Quality Technician to work corporately, supporting the evolution of the Quality Management System and contributing to the strengthening of the QSMS culture in our projects and business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Main responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (SGQ);

• Control documents, procedures, work instructions, and management system records;

• Support internal audits and monitor external audits and certifications;

• Support project teams in applying corporate quality procedures;

• Monitor quality indicators, preparing reports and monitoring action plans;

• Conduct non-conformity treatments, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities;

• Support the standardization of corporate processes and dissemination of best practices;

• Deliver training and guidance on management system procedures and requirements;

• Support the preparation and review of technical and normative documents;

• Work with Safety, Environment, and other corporate areas to strengthen the QSMS culture.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Complete Technical course in Quality, Buildings, Civil Construction or related areas;

• Experience with Quality Management System, preferably in the Civil Construction segment;

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (desirable knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001);

• Experience with internal audits, document management, and indicator control;

• Knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel;

• Availability to visit sites when necessary.

Will be a differential:

• Training as Internal Auditor ISO 9001;

• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or heavy construction companies;

• Knowledge of quality tools (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, MASP, among others);

• Experience with quality management platforms.
