About the Role
You will be working as a Sales Marketing Manager for SK-II, developing go-to-market plans that will propel business growth for the brand based on consumer understanding & the Korean beauty industry. You will work closely with the SK-II Korea Sales Director based in Singapore, as well as the SK-II Sales/Brand/Communication managers based in Korea.

All sales marketing managers start with account manager experience to build foundational skills to become the commercial leader of the future. Some of your responsibilities would include:
Be the face of P&G to key customers and sell mutually effective business plans while developing constructive business relationships
Translate business plans into practical selling narratives for the customer
Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
Developing marketing plans and selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
Derive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute sales and marketing strategies that will continue to grow our brands profitably for the customer
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop insights and provide input into retailer category strategy
Lead a mix of projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership
You will need to
Be the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor
Help by innovating new solutions to sophisticated business challenges
Participate in diverse multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manage others
You should have:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
2-5 years of Sales/Marketing experience from the Beauty Industry (in-house brands, beauty-specific retailers etc.)
Completed or been exempted from military service
Able to travel abroad
Strong leadership skills
Clear critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communications
Proficiency in using the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
