Key Responsibilities:

Analysis: Lead the analysis and design of proposals and presentations, synthesizing inputs into a coherent storyline. Communication: Package content for impact, coordinate inputs across the team, and ensure clear internal messaging.

Financials: Prepare P&L and validate financial assumptions.

Proposal Management: Provide timely input and ensure all required inputs from team members are received.

Leading Teams: Provide guidance and review the work of analysts.

Client Management: Not applicable.

Client Meeting: Lead clarification sessions and contribute actively during prebid or proposal meetings.
Qualifications:

With at least 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, business analyst, project manager or any related role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with above-average presentation and data analysis capabilities.

Amendable to work on-site in a hybrid set-up (2x-3x onsite) in Ortigas; still amendable even the company transition to full on-site in the future.
