The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Global Market and Competitive Insights position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division.

This is a fully onsite role.

As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.

As the Senior Specialist Pricing will be responsible for executing strategic pricing decisions and supporting analytics and messaging.

Working with the commercial sales organization, finance and our Enterprise accounts group the senior pricing specialist will lead cross-collaboration conversations to bring creative value propositions that are both financially robust and driving commercial penetration.

The senior pricing specialist will also provide analytics on pricing trends, performance and project cadence.

What You'll Work On

• Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with profitability and competitiveness goals

• Identify pricing opportunities to drive top-line and bottom-line growth

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Commercial on strategic alignment and financial planning

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards for RGM KPIs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree

• Min 7 years of experience

• Master's degree preferred

The base pay for this position is

$86,700.00 – $173,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
