To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of the high-rise commercial project.
The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
Monitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans.
Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and earned value charts.
Coordinate with site teams for weekly and monthly progress reviews.
Support cost planning, productivity analysis, and resource forecasting.
Review contractor schedules, method statements, and weekly updates.
Provide early warnings for schedule slippages.
Accuracy of project schedule and timely updates.
Achievement of planned milestones.
Quality of progress reports and dashboards.
Effectiveness of mitigation strategies for delays.
Coordination efficiency with execution teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in planning of high-rise or commercial projects.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Understanding of construction sequencing and MEP integration.
Familiarity with cost control, EVM, and productivity analysis.
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
