What You'll Do

As an AI Engineering Intern with BCG’s X Delivery team, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and strategy. You will work alongside top-tier consulting teams from around the world, contributing to innovative and cutting-edge international projects.

This is a unified Engineering Internship, where candidates are assessed across technical tracks, including Data Engineering and Software Engineering.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with consulting teams to solve complex and diverse technological challenges

• Support BCG Consulting and BCG X teams in project execution

• Apply engineering best practices across data and/or software development contexts

• Work at the frontier of AI and technology, contributing to projects that shape how leading organizations operate globally

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related) — expected graduation between July 2027 and December 2028

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex challenges and think through solutions clearly

• Available to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro

What will set you apart:

• Hands-on technical experience — academic projects, research, or previous internships

• Engagement with the tech community through hackathons, courses, or industry events
