Job Description

1. Responsible for the structural design, 3D modeling, 2D engineering drawing output, and technical document preparation of wet friction plates and core friction pair components, ensuring design compliance and mass production feasibility.

2. Independently complete product structure iteration and parameter optimization based on simulation, testing, production, and vehicle requirements, resolving various technical issues such as design matching and structural redundancy.

3. Lead the core performance matching of friction plates, including torque capacity, heat dissipation, wear resistance, and friction stability, and complete specialized structural designs such as heat dissipation grooves, tooth profiles, and friction pair matching to meet extreme and durability conditions.

4. Collaborate with the team to complete strength, torque capacity, and heat dissipation verification and simulation analysis, follow up on various bench and vehicle tests, and identify performance defects and failure issues.

5. Conduct root cause analysis for problems encountered during testing, output rectification plans, and follow up on their implementation to ensure product mass production reliability.

6. Accumulate design standards and parameter databases, and complete technical reviews, trial production follow-up, and mass production technical support.

Qualifications

Mandatory Job Requirements

1. Possess project experience in wet friction plate structural design, proficient in friction plate design logic, mainstream structural forms, and working principles.

2. Proficient in using UG software, capable of independently completing modeling, drawing, tolerance matching, and outputting BOMs, technical specifications, and other documents.

3. Master core parameters such as friction coefficient, sliding power, allowable specific pressure, and heat dissipation flow, and possess the ability to decompose working conditions, perform performance matching, and optimize structures.

4. Familiar with friction plate heat dissipation, wear resistance, and anti-thermal decay design methods, capable of independently solving various performance failure problems of wet brakes, and understanding APQP development processes for components.

5. Understand the process characteristics of friction materials, sintering, and stamping, and be able to balance product performance, manufacturability, and mass production costs in design.

1. Possess rigorous mechanical design thinking, capable of accurately pinpointing the root cause of technical problems.

2. Possess good cross-departmental communication and project promotion skills, capable of efficiently coordinating with multiple teams to complete work loops.
