Position Summary

For our NBS Trade Assets department, we are currently looking for a Direct to Consumer Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of Direct to Consumer operations within Project MORE, ensuring effective coordination of operational activities, stakeholder collaboration, and high-quality service delivery across European markets.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure accurate and complete data capture across multiple systems (D365, SAP, Vendon, PSP platforms)

• Perform regular data reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies ahead of month-end close

• Support the calculation and validation of revenue share models with external partners and vendors

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Commercial) to resolve data integrity issues

• Maintain and improve revenue data reporting dashboards and reconciliation tools

• Document reconciliation processes and suggest continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

• Support audits and internal controls related to revenue share reporting and calculations

What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in a financial or data analysis role, preferably with exposure to revenue operations or revenue assurance

• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
