YOUR ROLE
In the scope of a defined Embedded Software Engineer Apprenticeship project:
-
Contribute to Embedded Software development activities.
-
Contribute to the definition of technical specifications, and ensure the review with different stakeholders for new developments.

Ensure the implementation: mainly in Embedded C and Python.
-
Define the test strategy for new developments.
-
Contribute to embedded software maintenance and evolution activities.
-
Contribute to low-level software components validation and automation such as bootloader and device firmware.
-
Participate in validation activities, including interaction with hardware platforms (e.g. FPGA-based validation environments).

Contribute to automation, tooling, and DevOps activities supporting development and validation flows.

Ensure the delivery on time with high quality taking into account all received feedbacks.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
-
Good background about the following development languages and scripting: Embedded C, Python

Good knowledge of embedded systems and STM32 microcontrollers.

Knowledge about communication protocols implementation is nice to have: UART, USB, SPI, I2C & JTAG.
-
Knowledge about CI/CD (i.e. Jenkins) is nice to have.
-
Good knowledge on lab tools usage: Oscilloscope, protocol analyzers, etc.
