We are looking for recent graduates from technical or IT-related schools to join our team as IT Junior Specialists within an IT Operations team focused on managing enterprise infrastructures, cloud environments, mission-critical systems, and modern platforms based on containers and automation. You will join a structured training and development path designed to help you build hands-on expertise in Oracle technologies, cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, monitoring, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Support the monitoring of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, database systems, and containerized platforms.
Perform daily operational checks according to established procedures and checklists.
Assist with ticket management, incident reporting, and operational requests.
Collect technical evidence, logs, and diagnostic information for troubleshooting activities.
Support backup operations, job verification, and post-maintenance checks.
Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports.
Work alongside senior engineers on incident management, change management, and scheduled maintenance activities.
Gradually participate in projects involving Oracle technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Exadata, networking, monitoring, containers, Kubernetes, and automation.
Support DevOps activities, scripting, and infrastructure configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
Technical diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP, DNS, ports, routing, and firewalls.
Basic knowledge of databases and IT infrastructure concepts.
Strong interest in cloud technologies, databases, cybersecurity, containers, Kubernetes, automation, and infrastructure management.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow operational procedures.
Basic Linux command-line knowledge.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Interest in Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or cloud technologies.
Basic knowledge of PowerShell (Windows) or Bash/Shell (Linux) scripting.
