The Senior Operations& Coordination Team Lead is responsible for the end-to-end operations in Supply Chain area within the Centre, across multiple OpCos. The role ensures operational excellence, high level of performance, and continuous improvement, leading the team of Operation and Coordination specialists and driving execution. This role operates within a transformation context, with focus on ensuring stable operational set up, driving standardization and continuous improvement. This job requires to be able to work both in English and French to strongly support our teams in a network organization.
Your responsibilities would include:
In- and out-bound requests execution
Owing the timely execution of the Supply Chain/Finance flows across supported OpCos.
Ensuring processes are executed in line with global standards, SOPs, and taxonomy.
Driving alignment of ways of working across teams and markets
Service Performance Management
Owning and delivering against key KPIs
Monitoring performance trends and identifying risks and improvement areas.
Driving corrective actions and performance improvement plans with teams.
Identifying and driving continuous improvements in process efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Stakeholder & OpCo Management
Acting as the single operational and tactical contact for OpCos for Supply Chain area
Managing expectations and communication on performance, issues, and priorities.
Collaborating with cross-functional OpCo/HBS teams
Leadership & Team Performance
Leading, coaching, and developing employees, ensuring clear accountability for operational delivery and people management.
Setting clear performance expectations, objectives, and KPIs for teams aligned with targets.
Fostering high execution culture, driving accountability and seamless end-to-end interactions across functions.
Driving talent management while ensuring business continuity through succession planning.
You are a good match if you have:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of operational processes orchestration within the Supply chain
Knowledge of Global Business Services or Shared Service environments
Knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies used to manage large-scale operations.
Familiarity with process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement approaches (E.g. TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, digital process optimization).
7-10 years of working experience in Supply Chain or finance functions with 3–5 years leading operational teams within daily operations.
Experience driving process standardization, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, performance management, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced level of English and at least upper-intermediate level of French.
