Job Description : The Accounting Analyst supports the delivery of daily accounting operations.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Run daily accounting operations including:

  • month and end-year process
  • accounts payable/receivable
  • cash receipts
  • general ledger
  • payroll and utilities
  • treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
  • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • capital assets reconciliations
  • trust account statement reconciliations
  • check runs
  • fixed asset activity
  • debt activity

• Support the monitoring and analysis of accounting data

• Produce financial reports and statements

• Participate in the coordination of annual audits

• Support the maintenance of fiscal files and records

Qualifications & Languages

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

• Languages: English (Intermediate)

Previous experience & Industry background

• 0+ years of experience in finance

• Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company
