Job Summary: Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business and IT goals and organizational strategy. The Lead will collaborate hands-on with IT Application Leadership to manage solution design, implementation planning, integration, stakeholder communication, and risk management to ensure that solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
Job Description:
Serves as the enterprise IT/OT systems subject‑matter expert, leading the architecture, design, and end‑to‑end development of technology solutions to ensure robust performance, long‑term sustainability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
Establishes integration standards, technology platform governance, and architecture guidelines to ensure adherence to LUMA IT standards and policies.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to assess complex requirements and translate them into cohesive technical architectures to ensure efficient delivery, reduced risk, and dependable operational continuity.
Creates detailed technical specifications, data flows, and integration documentation, and develops and oversees integration components including middleware and APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability.
Conducts integration testing, validates solution interoperability, and provides review and approval of testing strategies and plans.
Monitors system lifecycle maturity, technical risks, and cross‑platform dependencies to ensure
Demonstrates and reinforces adherence to company policies and procedures within the team to foster a culture of accountability and compliance.
Coordinates and supports the execution of restoration tasks and preparedness exercises to ensure the team’s effective emergency response.
Takes initiative to perform supplementary responsibilities within scope of expertise to enhance team performance and adaptability.

Education
Experience
3 years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise application systems or related technology platforms, solution architecture, enterprise integration patterns, middleware, API lifecycle management, and integration governance.
Experience analyzing business processes and translating them into functional/technical requirements.
Experience providing technical leadership, work coordination, mentoring, task allocation, and delivery oversight across internal teams, vendors and consultants.
Preferred:
Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Asset Suite, SAP, Maximo, or similar enterprise applications.
Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Field Service Management (FSM), Workforce Management (WFM), dispatch, scheduling, or mobile workforce solutions that manage field operations, work assignments, routing, asset utilization, and service execution.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Procurement, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Work Order Management, and Finance.
Experience supporting enterprise application implementations within a utility or asset-intensive environment.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous positions as Lead, Team Leader or Specialist role.
High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions described and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Lead, Team Leader or Specialist role.
