La risorsa si dedicherà principalmente ad attività di selezione e amministrazione in supporto ad un grande cliente che opera sul territorio piacentino.
Le attività nel dettaglio sono:
Gestione delle attività di recruiting e selezione, supporto nell'attività amministrativa (stesura dei contratti e proroghe e caricamento delle ore) in affiancamento alla struttura HR del cliente per tutte le fasi necessarie e richieste, e verifica del rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Realizzazione progetti ed eventi legati al recruiting di profili specifici nel settore di riferimento del cliente.
