• Support regional marketing initiatives across APAC as required

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Build and execute campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms, including emails, landing pages, forms, webinars, and campaign workflows

• Coordinate campaign logistics, marketing assets, vendors, and event execution

• Support digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, and campaign optimization

Performance & Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI

• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, and content development

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, pipeline contribution, and business impact

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or digital marketing

• Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes

• Native-level Japanese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations

• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and 6sense

• Experience supporting regional or APAC marketing programs

• Experience in the Design & Manufacturing, Technology, Engineering, or SaaS industries

• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and productivity

• Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools are a plus

The Ideal Candidate

• Japan is the primary market for this role, with occasional opportunities to support APAC-wide marketing initiatives

• Occasional domestic travel within Japan will be required for customer events, partner activities, and marketing programs. Regional APAC travel may be required on an occasional basis
