All about the role:We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to guide and grow our frontend development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, driving the long-term direction of our web platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, owning the design system, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the team.

A Typical Day* Lead the team:Manage and mentor a group of frontend engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and well-being.

Own the design system:Define, evolve, and maintain our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
Set technical direction:Guide architectural decisions, advocate for best practices, and lead key technical initiatives.
Drive collaboration:Act as the primary interface between the frontend team and product, design, and backend teams.
Uphold quality:Promote clean, maintainable code through code reviews, pairing, and process improvements.
Foster a culture of learning:Encourage innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Who You Are?* 10+ years of frontend development experience.

2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript,and modern frontend tooling.
Strong experience of state management frameworks.
Deep understanding of frontend performance optimizationincluding Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, and server-side rendering strategies
Experience working with Headless CMS platforms(preferably Optimizely CMSor Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration.
Experience building responsive,accessibleand cross browser compatibleweb applications
Experience with developing reusable component librariesor design systemsis a strong plus.
Experience with .NET C#is a plus.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in Englishand attention to detail.
A track record of mentoring and developing engineers, with a supportive and communicative leadership style.
