Mid-Level
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Community Partnership & Events Manager to build strategic partnerships, strengthen community engagement, and lead the planning and execution of impactful events. This role is responsible for developing collaborations with community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and stakeholders while creating memorable events that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
Community Partnerships:
Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and local stakeholders.
Build long-term relationships that support organizational goals and community impact.
Represent the organization at networking events, community meetings, and public engagements.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint programs, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, conferences, fundraising events, and networking activities.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
Coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, volunteers, and logistics.
Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Community Engagement
Develop initiatives that increase community participation and strengthen brand awareness.
Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote events and partnership activities.
Gather community feedback to improve programs and engagement strategies.
Support volunteer recruitment, coordination, and recognition programs.
Marketing & Communications
Assist in creating promotional materials for events and community initiatives.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams on social media campaigns, newsletters, and public relations efforts.
Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain partnership databases and event records.
Monitor budgets and expenses for community programs and events.
Prepare reports on partnership activities, event performance, attendance, and return on investment (ROI).
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and event safety requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, event management, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management or CRM software is preferred.
