YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join Kirey Advisory and support management consulting activities within the banking sector. Kirey Advisory is a management consulting boutique, part of the Kirey Group, that combines business vision, a data-driven approach, and strong execution capabilities. Qualifications
Responsibilities

participation in consulting projects through analysis activities and support in the preparation of project deliverables (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)

participation in meetings with internal working groups and clients, working alongside senior consultants

analysis and mapping of processes and definition of organizational models within the banking sector
-
project management activities for business and technological initiatives in both national and international contexts
-
support for internal activities, such as: business cases and scenario analyses, benchmarking, editorial content production on specific topics, participation in events, etc.

participation in ongoing research and development activities aligned with key market trends, such as innovative technologies/platforms available on the market (fintech, enterprise, etc.) applicable to the Finance sector (e.g., Generative AI, robotics, Machine Learning, etc.)
Requirements

Knowledge of the banking sector, even at a general level (main players, products, services)

English is required; French is considered a plus

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Interest in organizational topics, workforce sizing and process analysis, project management, technologies, and IT tools/systems.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate has already obtained a degree in economics, business administration, management, or a related field, or is approaching the completion of their thesis. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset complete the profile. Availability to travel, both within Italy and abroad, is required.
WHAT WE OFFER The position is offered as an internship with a monthly allowance of €800; the internship is aimed at subsequent employment through an apprenticeship contract.
