Job Description

岗位定位 (Positioning): Responsible for presenting mature or pre-mass production intelligent driving products in the form of a fleet and high-standard route experience. This role directly faces executive clients and media, with the core focus on "ultimate ride experience, flawless stability, and impeccable safety assurance."

岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities):

1. Demo Activity Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, solution design, and on-site execution of large-scale intelligent driving dynamic demonstration (Demo Ride) activities for mainstream domestic and international OEMs, industry exhibitions (e.g., auto shows), and media.

2. Demo Fleet Construction and Management: Responsible for asset management and daily software/hardware upgrades and maintenance of the demonstration vehicle fleet, ensuring aesthetic sensor appearance, stable software/hardware versions, and guaranteeing that demonstration vehicles are always in a "highly available, fault-free" state.

3. Demonstration Scenario and Experience Route Design: Based on core product selling points and customer-concerned indicators, design visually impactful, safe, and controllable demonstration scenarios and experience routes that maximize the company's technological advantages.

4. On-site Safety and Emergency Management: As the primary person responsible for on-site safety, establish a comprehensive demonstration safety management system (including safety officer training, emergency takeover plans, etc.) to ensure 100% safety for all road tests and dynamic demonstrations.

5. User Experience (UX) Closed-Loop Optimization: Directly face client decision-makers (OEM executives, etc.) at the demonstration site, collect ride experience feedback and subjective evaluations, and drive R&D and calibration teams to conduct special calibration optimization for system comfort (e.g., abrupt braking, sudden lane changes).

6. Standardized Operations and Promotion: Extract and output standardized SOPs for dynamic Demos (presentation scripts, safety officer operating procedures), and assist pre-sales and marketing teams in high-level technical explanations and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

1. Project Management Capability: 5+ years of experience in intelligent driving testing, fleet operations, or technical marketing, with a successful track record of organizing and leading large-scale dynamic demonstrations or road test activities preferred.

2. Product and Experience Understanding: Familiar with the performance and technical limitations of various levels of ADAS/AD functions, capable of keenly observing customer subjective experience demands for ride comfort and safety, and driving engineering improvements.

3. Customer-Oriented Communication Skills: Possess excellent technical presentation and on-site control abilities, adept at transforming complex algorithmic logic into vivid and understandable on-site explanations, and capable of representing the company directly to high-end customers and media.

4. Crisis Handling Ability: Able to remain calm under high-pressure on-site environments, with excellent capabilities in diagnosing sudden software/hardware issues and coordinating resources to resolve them quickly on-site.

5. Safety Responsibility: Familiar with automotive safety regulations and road testing regulations, with rich experience in road testing safety management, and holding domestic T3/T4 or other advanced autonomous driving test licenses preferred.

6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English, capable of independently hosting overseas client teams for in-vehicle Demo demonstrations and explanations preferred.
