Job Description

Output the technical specifications definition for outsourced motors and match them with motor application projects.

Responsible for the cost reduction system design of brushless motors (fans/blowers), including the overall matching and optimization of the motor body (mechanical/structural/electromagnetic) + drive control (hardware/software/algorithm).

Optimize costs across the entire chain, from mechanical structure (stator/rotor/bearings/housing/assembly process), electromagnetic solutions, drive control, and material selection, to achieve BOM cost reduction, efficiency improvement, noise reduction, and reliability improvement.

Collaborate to solve poor matching problems between motors and controllers: system problems such as whistling, jitter, low-speed instability, low efficiency, and high temperature rise.

Lead the verification of cost reduction solutions: performance, durability, noise, temperature rise, and reliability tests, and promote mass production.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or related majors.

3+ years of experience in brushless motor system development

Motor body capabilities: structure/electromagnetic/materials/process/temperature rise/noise/vibration

Motor control capabilities: square wave/FOC, drive hardware, software debugging, parameter matching

Strong cost awareness, with priority given to experience in motor system cost reduction, material substitution, and localization.

Able to independently complete motor + controller system debugging, problem localization, and optimization.

Priority given to those who can perform motor simulation.

Priority given to those familiar with the load characteristics of cooling fans and air conditioning blowers.

Strong goal-orientation, able to drive cross-departmental implementation, and strong stress resistance.
