Job Description

1. Own full system development from requirement decomposition, system solution definition, function validation, customer delivery and issue closure.

2. Proficient in vehicle function strategy and protection logic. Familiar MCU hardware circuit, power stage, driver & sampling circuit, embedded software architecture, FOC algorithm.

3. Receive and clarify OEM vehicle-level ECU requirements, electrical specs, functional safety, diagnosis and protection requirements.

4. Decompose vehicle requirements into MCU system specifications, system architecture definition and electrical interface definition.

5. Conduct system feasibility evaluation and risk assessment, support design review.

6. Responsible for MCU system integration, bench debugging and support and coordinate vehicle calibration, solve system-level issues .

7. Lead MCU system DV/PV validation tests; Track system issues from prototype, OTS to SOP, organize HW/SW joint rectification; Support OEM vehicle test, road test and mass-production issue closure.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering or Power Electronics.

2. Experience: 8+ years MCU system development experience in NEV industry, Tier1 experience preferred.

3. Fluent in English speaking reading and writing.

4. Hardware knowledge: Solid understanding of MCU power stage, gate driver, signal sampling, power supply and hardware protection circuit.

5. Software & control knowledge: Familiar with embedded software architecture, FOC algorithm, vehicle function strategy, diagnosis and protection logic. No coding required but full logic understanding is mandatory.

6. System integration: Understand VCU-MCU interaction logic, torque control strategy, regenerative braking and thermal derating mechanism.

7. Tools: Proficient in CANoe, oscilloscope, power analyzer and calibration tools (INCA or internal tool).

8. Process: Familiar with automotive APQP, DV/PV and functional safety development flow.

9. Competency: Strong system thinking, cross-team coordination and customer technical communication capability.
